Under the supervision logistics managers, process orders, communicate with warehouses, and coordinate purchasing, distribution, forecasting and planning services. Directly works with logistics vendors, clients, logistics systems and performs daily operations for B2C and B2B.
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience in working with EDI feed and logistics companies.
• Must be detail-oriented and well organized.
• Exercise independent judgment and basic reasoning skills.
• Coordinate and complete multiple projects with oftentimes limited deadline dates.

Employment Requirements:
Entry level on up, based on their experience, organizational and communication skills. The job entails coordinating purchase orders of aircraft parts/equipment with numerous vendors in the United States, as well as handling their exports mainly to Japan. The starting salary level for this position is $45,000/year, with full benefits upon successful completion of 3 months' orientation period. Also, after the 3-month period, the employee will have the option of working from home for 2 days out of the week, as well as flextime options besides the standard Mon~Fri 9AM~5PM work days/hours.
