Bil EJ Logistics Sales and operation (46135-5)
Essential Duties
1. Expand the existing account business
2. Develop the new business, new accounts
3. Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies to win new freight opportunities.
4. Negotiate rates and terms with customers to close profitable deals.
5. Collaborate with Steam shipping company and Airlines, warehouse, carrier sales, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of freight movements.
6. Monitor market trends, spot rates, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
7. Provide weekly sales activity reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to leadership
