§ Minimum of 5 years of dispatch or management experience in trucking, logistics, road

o transportation, or freight forwarding.

§ Hands-on experience with trucking operations required.

§ Familiarity with DOT, OSHA, CARB, and other regulatory compliance standards.

§ Understanding of HR policies, safety programs, and labor law requirements.

§ Proficiency in business software (Transportation Management System, Warehouse

o Management System, etc).

§ Knowledge of local market conditions, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

§ Experience in sales support, customer relations, and service-level agreement management.

§ Willingness to work flexible hours based on operational demands.

§ Must pass background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings.
