[Part-Time] Customer Service/Client Management (14169MK)
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual (Japanese/English) – preferred.
- Native-level English skills
- Excellent PC skills – web site management experience a great plus!
- Client management skills, along with strong communication skills
- With Health Insurance experience (minimum 1-3 years) valid Accident and Health Insurance licensed preferable at time of hire, but will consider an applicant new to the industry, if right person
- Training and support with the licensing process will be provided
DUTIES:
- Customer service position in Health Insurance, including Individual/Family, Medicare Eligible and Group Health insurance.
- Prepare quotations; prepare renewal quote presentations to clients.
- Some field activities such as visiting clients.
