Bilingual EJ Sales Planning Coordinator (10426HB)
The position will be responsible for the comprehensive sales coordination, such as monthly sale budget/result analysis, annual mid term sales planning data analysis.
Annual technical exhibition coordination for all our customers.
Responsibilities include:
• Weekly executive meeting coordination
• Participate in developing an annual, multi-year sales/marketing and implementation plan.
• Monthly Sales budget/result/forecast report update and coordinate and submit to the board, include all sales data and order/forecasts.
• Sales data format improvement and analysis for Management meeting.
• Market survey/benchmark, Identify new product development needs, pricing, competitive analysis, and analysis of direct competitor strengths and weaknesses.
• Support for all necessary presentation materials preparation.
• Conduct planned technical exhibition to all our customers.
• Serve as Quality system representative, such as QS9000
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned major accounts and utilize program management, organizational skills, excellent follow through, Target Policy Programs and excellent communications to ensure that all customer requests are met on a timely and through manner.
• Communicate sales forecasts to appropriate manufacturing functions to ensure on-time delivery, efficiency, and quality.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you should possess:
• A Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Engineering or Business Administration
• Work experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
• Have good analytical skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
• Japanese and English language fluency
